Room is an attached annexe directly to the left of the HC entrance and will be signposted.

Caterham Dene Clinic

On arrival please do not enter the main hospital building. The clinic is held in a room situated to the left of the main hospital entrance. You will see signs outside for the Immunisation team. Please enter the waiting area and make yourself known to the admin at the desk.

Christ Central Clinic

The clinic can be found above the West Central Café. Please go to the side door and press the buzzer to gain access

Egham Clinic

The Grove Community Health Centre, Egham TW20 9QJ

Please park in the car park, enter the Community Health Centre, and wait in the reception area. The nurse will call you at your appointed time to the clinic room.

Farnham Clinic

Health Visitor's Clinic Room, Farnham Hospital and Centre for Health, Manor Road, Farnham GU9 9QL, but for satnav use GU9 9QY

Please enter Farnham Hospital and Centre for Health via main reception, turn immediately left and use the stairs through the double doors on the left to go to the first floor. Turn right and walk across the bridge. Go through the doors on the right and take a seat in the waiting room. A member of the immunisation team will be out to see you shortly

There are signs directing you to the school immunisation clinic in reception and outside the clinic waiting room.

Guildford Clinic

The Jarvis Centre, 60 Stoughton Rd, Guildford GU1 1LJ

Please park in the car park and follow the blue and white school immunisation signs to the children’s hub.

Leatherhead Clinic

As you drive into Leatherhead Hospital, the clinic is the brown brick building on your left. Parking is free. Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Wait on wooden bench outside clinic entrance. A nurse will call you in for your appointment.

As you drive into Leatherhead Hospital, the Hospital is the building in front of you. Parking is free. Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. As you enter through reception, turn right, walk halfway down the corridor on the left to the immunisation office. Take a seat outside Immunisation office and a nurse will call you in for your appointment.

Orchard Clinic Redhill

On arrival, please park in the car park. Make yourself known to the receptionist who will be able to inform you of the clinic room where the immunisations will be held.

Walton Clinic

Walton Health Centre, Rodney Road, Walton-on-Thames KT12 3LB

Please park in the Walton Health Centre car park. Enter via the main entrance and take a seat in the waiting area until a staff member comes out to get you. There is no need to check in with the receptionist.

Woking Clinic

Goldsworth Park Health Centre, Health Education Room, Denton Way, Woking GU21 3LQ

Please park in the staff car park the rear of the health centre (not in the Waitrose car park). Come to the clinic entrance at the rear of the building where you will be checked in by a member of staff.
